Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Supporting and assisting with desired activities and day-to-day choices.
- Support daily tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, and attending appointments.
- Promote independence, implementing everyday life skills and modeling appropriate social behaviors.
- Provide medical support: administering medications, maintain medical records and attending medical appointments.
- Ensure client safety and maintain a safe living environment.
- Advocate for people with disabilities and encourage community inclusion.
- Maintain documentation: Maintain regular, and accurate electronic documentation.
- Complete all regulatory trainings.
